Southwark Homes for Sale: A Day in the Life

Wake up, it’s a beautiful morning! You’ve woken up in Southwark, home to neighbourhoods like Elephant and Castle, Elephant Park and Park & Sayer. Our flats for sale in Elephant and Castle have so much to offer, so let us talk you through your day.

Early Morning

It’s 6:30am and you are ready to start your day. As a Park & Sayer homeowner, you can pop downstairs to your building’s gym facilities to get a quick run on the treadmill before you start work. Or, if it’s a nice day, enjoy yoga practice in the elevated garden – an oasis nestled in the centre of Elephant Park.

Morning

7:45am-You nip into one of Elephant Park’s local, artisan coffee shops, Hej Coffee, for your favourite pastry and a flat white.  You walk back to the Park & Sayer lobby and check in in with the concierge team on a delivery you are expecting today.  For a change of scenery, you make yourself comfortable in the residents’ workspace and start checking your work emails.

Mid-Morning

An hour later and you want some fresh air and a walk. Elephant and Castle apartments are so well situated, you can reach places like London Bridge in no time, so you begin to think about what you’ll do during your lunch break. Maybe you’ll visit some of Elephant & Castle’s independent shops, or head into the art gallery at Pullen’s Yard…

Lunch Time

12:00pm. You borrow a bike from Elephant Park’s cycle scheme, so on your lunch break you meet a friend who's looking at flats to buy in Elephant Park, and head over to Borough Market together. After mingling with the traders and picking up some fresh fruit for tomorrow’s breakfast, you’ve got time to browse in a book shop before heading back across The Thames to pop into your office for afternoon meetings.
