Lendlease win Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction
Great news! Lendlease has won the 2020 Gold Award in the latest independent customer satisfaction awards for the eighth year running. Run by market research company In-house Research, the awards are based on customer feedback gained in its annual customer service survey, meaning that more than 90% of customers who took part said they’d be happy to recommend us to their friends, family and colleagues.
Over the past year we’ve really focused on the experiences that make our customers feel special and valued. Some of our key initiatives have been around creating the best possible first impression, such as ensuring our communal spaces and public realm are customer ready, having all onsite personnel fully operational prior to move-in, creating helpful videos on how to operate functions of the home and a free two-hour handy man service. Behind the scenes we have also implemented a new case management system so that any defects are logged and tracked via a central system that makes our engagement with our customers more seamless and consistent.
